Dr. Aubrey Zins is a sport & performance psychologist.

I help teams, athletes, and performers elevate their overall performance by strengthening their mental game. I use evidence-based mental skills training to help improve and enhance their confidence, focus, emotion regulation, consistency, performance anxiety, and much more.

Individual Sessions

One-on-one sessions are individualized and tailored to the athlete’s wants and needs. The athlete/performer is given tangible exercises to strengthen their mental game, which in turn, will enhance their physical game. Sessions are roughly 30 minutes long, and are virtual only.

Team Workshops

Team-based workshops are interactive, and designed to enhance overall performance. I partner with the team and coaching staff to deliver mental skills workshops that enhance both individual and team communication, cohesion, trust, consistency, and much more. Prices vary on the length of workshop, the number of athletes, distance travelled, and a few more factors.
